Plans & billing Is there a genuinely free version of Domain Hunter Gatherer?

Yes. The Free plan has no time limit and needs no card. It includes Domain Auction Hunter, limited support access and the whole video tutorial library, which is enough to try the workflow properly before paying for anything.

Plans & billing What is the difference between Free, Premium and Pro?

Free covers domain-auction search. Premium adds the keyword, niche and authority tools for finding expired domains. Pro adds the full research package: DomDetailer credits, Easy Expired Domains, DomRecovery and helpdesk support.

Plans & billing How much does Domain Hunter Gatherer cost?

The pricing table on the homepage is always the current source. Premium and Pro are billed monthly or annually, with a discount for annual. Free stays free.

Plans & billing How many DomDetailer credits are included with Pro?

The current Pro plan includes 50,000 DomDetailer credits per monthly term, or 600,000 per annual term. They can be spent on supported Moz and Majestic metrics.

Plans & billing Which payment methods can I use?

Payments go through PayPro Global. Checkout can offer cards, PayPal and bank transfer, though the exact options depend on where you are and what you are ordering.

Plans & billing When will a paid plan become available?

Your licence is created once the payment processor confirms the order. Sign in to the member area with the email you used at checkout to see your active resources and the official download. If nothing is showing, support can look up the order for you.

Plans & billing How do I cancel a renewing subscription?

Send a cancellation request through the member-area helpdesk. Cancelling stops future renewals. It is a separate thing from asking for a refund on a payment already taken.

Plans & billing What is the refund policy?

A rolling seven-day refund policy applies to your most recent active subscription payment. The full refund policy sets out who is eligible and how to ask.

Which operating systems does DHG support?

DHG is Windows desktop software. The v3.5.9 release notes record the move to .NET 4.8, which widened the range of supported Windows systems. If you are on an older PC or a Windows VPS, check the member-area download information or ask support before buying.

Where should I download the software?

Always from the official member area. Create an account, sign in, and use the download listed with your active resources so you get the current installer rather than an old copy from somewhere else.

How many computers can use one licence?

The published licence guidance allows installation on several computers, with the licence running on one of them at a time. You can run multiple DHG jobs as separate instances on that active machine.

How does the software update?

DHG checks for updates on startup and applies the current one automatically. The public update notes record every addition, improvement and fix, so you can see exactly what changed.

How do I reset my member-area password?

Use the lost-password control on the member sign-in page with the email attached to your account. If the reset email does not arrive, contact support from that same address so your account can be located securely.

Domain research What is an expired domain?

A name the previous owner did not renew, which may become available again. Some carry useful history, relevant links or real brand potential. Plenty carry nothing at all, which is exactly why each one needs looking at individually.

Domain research How can DHG discover domain opportunities?

It can search supported auction sources, find expired domains from keywords and from websites you point it at, follow backlink paths, and search a prepared expired-domain dataset. Which methods you get depends on your plan.

Domain research Can I analyse a list of domains I already have?

Yes. Bring an existing list into the workflow, compare the supported signals and filter it on the same criteria as everything else. Plan and service allowances can affect particular availability checks or third-party metrics.

Domain research Does DHG register domains or place auction bids for me?

No. DHG is the discovery, comparison and research layer. Availability, price, registration, bidding and transfer all happen at the registrar or marketplace, and should be confirmed there before you act.

Domain research Is every result guaranteed to remain available?

No. Domain status, auction inventory and prices move quickly. Treat every result as a promising lead and check its live status immediately before you register or bid.

Domain research Do domain metrics tell me exactly what a name is worth?

No single metric sets a value or guarantees an SEO outcome. Brand quality, extension, relevance, history, links, comparable sales, trademarks and what you intend to build all feed into a sound decision.

Domain research Do I need proxies to use Domain Hunter Gatherer?

Many tasks work fine without them. Reliable shared or private proxies help with heavier research and repeated checks. Public proxies are usually too inconsistent to depend on. It comes down to which module you use and how much of it.

Support & learning How do I contact support?

Pro includes helpdesk support, and Free and Premium include limited support access. Members can use the member-area support route, or the View email button in the site footer.

Support & learning Where can I learn how to use the tools?

Start with the video tutorial library for practical walkthroughs, then use the written guides and product pages for deeper explanation of expired domains, auctions and archive recovery.

Support & learning How should I report a bug or request a feature?

Send it through the helpdesk or support email. Include your DHG version, the tool you were using, what you expected, what actually happened, and any error text or screenshots that are safe to share. Clear reproduction steps make an issue far quicker to investigate.

Support & learning How often is DHG updated?

There is no fixed public release schedule. Updates go out as features, integrations and compatibility work are ready, and the Update Notes page records the current release alongside the longer history.
