Registrar & DNS SOP — PBN Guide (Module 4)

1) Pre‑registration Prep

Decide registrar pool (3–5) — rotate; don’t buy everything at one place.
Plan staggered purchases — avoid bulk same‑day registrations when possible.
Create a unique contact email per domain (forward to your ops inbox).
Decide DNS providers to rotate (registrar DNS, Cloudflare, one alt provider).
Draft hosting plan: mix of shared/PBN hosts/cloud (varied ASNs, panels, locales).

Tracker columns: Domain • Registrar • NS provider • Host/IP/ASN • CMS/Theme • Analytics IDs • Notes.

ICANN requires accurate registrant data; privacy shields it. Don’t enter fake data.

Be mindful of tracking/app TXT records (e.g., SES, analytics). Don’t clone them to every site.
If email needed: add SPF, enable DKIM, publish DMARC p=none.
If no mailbox, keep a contact form; optional catch‑all on separate domain.

Example footprint to avoid: the same SES verification TXT on every domain.

Shared Hosting

Cheap, simple; mixed neighbors; fine in rotation.

Cloud/Droplets

Clean IPs; scalable; risk of same platform footprint if overused.

VPS/Dedicated

Only if you know ops; can create a large, obvious footprint. Generally skip.

PBN Hosts

Spread across providers from one panel; strong diversity after ~5 domains; cost‑effective.

Aim for provider and ASN diversity; don’t standardize panels/CDNs across the whole network.

Point domain; install CMS or static site.
Install Let’s Encrypt SSL; force http→https; set canonical.
Create trust pages: About, Contact, Privacy; add a working contact email or form.
Verify sitemap.xml presence (CMS plugin or manual).

Recover clean legacy content for continuity (placeholder ok while you rebuild).
Mimic old site structure for quick reindexing of key paths.
Templates/CMS are fine — just don’t repeat the same theme/stack everywhere.
Use AI to create simple pages/tools; always proofread and tweak; add original media.
301 old URLs to closest relevant new pages; avoid blanket home redirects.

Goal: unique look/feel per site; consistent topic relevance.
